Because you were the same. … No matter where you are, whether it’s a quarter mile away or halfway across the world. you’ll always be with me. And you’ll always be my brother.” Brian’s car takes a different path as “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa & Charlie Puth plays, followed by a montage of Brian’s best moments and the simple dedication “For Paul.” The real life weightPaul Walker died in a car accident in November 2013 during production of the film. The ending was rewritten as a respectful, heartfelt send-off. Vin Diesel has called it one of the greatest moments in cinematic history because it allowed audiences (especially men) to grieve together. The scene still makes people cry on rewatches years later.
